Our kitchen

Slow fire. Simple food. Done right.

Everything on the menu meets the fire at some point: vegetables pulled from the coals, bread baked at the edge of the hearth, and meat rested properly before it reaches the table.

The menu follows the season, so it changes often. What stays the same is the care.
